Peter is an Austrian who has been travelling in Asia for well over 18 years and found his way to langkawi that now he calls home. He met Irshad 18 years ago and has since become one of his best friend and good-neighbour.

He found his passion in the natural history of langkawi with special interest in mangrove forest. He joins JungleWalla as a nature interpreter and his famous tours have been well received by his guests.

 

He is a strong advocate for langkawi mangrove forest protection and at the end of his trips, together with guests he is been planting a patch of mangrove forest in Kilim geo-forest park that is now called Peters Garden.
